Our company was founded by Mykola Katerynchuk in 1995. In 2004 it gained the most significant victory in the history of Ukrainian jurisprudence in the litigation «Yushchenko against Central Election Commission». The victory of Mykola Katerynchuk's team in the Supreme Court of Ukraine became the starting point for the establishment of the rule of law in Ukraine, a symbol of the victory of justice over lawlessness, democracy over authoritarianism. In 2011, the company was reorganized.
